Non Dairy Toddler Formula

Looking for an alternative to Cow’s milk for your 1 year old? Look no further. This formulation offers complete nutrition without having to add dairy into your little one’s diet. Easy to make and store, this has been our go to for years and years.

Both of my kids were sensitive to dairy – no surprise there since both of their parents are as well. Even if they weren’t, I probably wouldn’t have been to supportive of the current recommendation to give toddlers milk. Whatever the reason is that you are not using cow’s milk, this formula was created to ensure that baby would get the proper well-rounded nutrition available in milk without the side effects.

Non Dairy Toddler Formula

This is an alternative formula for babies over the age of 1. This formula has a holistic nutritional compound and is a great substitute for whole milk. This fed and nourished both of my children and it was super easy and cost effective to make at home.

  • 36 oz Nut Milk I used Flax Milk + Protein
  • 3/4 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 3 tsp Flax Oil
  • 1/4 cup Carrot Juice


  • Mix all of the ingredients together and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
