Finally, a smoothie that the pickiest of all toddlers will enjoy. Blended with nut milk, flax, spinach, and fruit, this action-packed smoothie supplies your growing kiddo with many powerful nutrients.
There have been many time that my sweet little toddler would refuse to eat anything that isn’t a white carb (i.e. pasta, bread, banana), but I could always manage to get him to drink this smoothie. It’s not only delicious, but it’s loaded with nutrients for a growing little guy or girl.
Packed with iron, protein, omega 3’s, and a variety or vitamins, this smoothie will deliver a 1 – 2 punch to round out the picky palette of a toddler or pre-schooler. It’s made in under 5 minutes and will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Feel free to add in whatever fresh fruits and vegetables are laying around the kitchen!
